First freebie!

I'm attempting to upload my first document onto Blogger. I was about to plead for help in learning how to do it but I'm crossing my fingers that maybe this might work??? I'm planning on doing a general winter theme during January and made an odd & even sort for a work station. Click on the link to get it (hopefully?!) Odd & Even Mitten sort. It looks all sorts of weird when I open it in Google Docs but maybe it will look better once it's actually downloaded? Please let me know if it works for you or not if you decide to download it!

If anyone would be willing to explain to me how to upload a picture of the document and access it by clicking on the picture I'd be forever grateful. : )

  1. Congrats! I've only been blogging since, like, November, and from what I can tell, it's just a lot of trial and error. Things start to come together as you keep at it!

Are you working on a mac or a pc? I do everything on a mac, so I'd be happy to help if you are too! Let me know!

  2. Welcome to blogging! Lots of us newbies out there! So glad I found your blog! Your mitten document downloaded great! Thanks for sharing!

Not sure how everyone else does the pic thing..I like to use Publisher. I group all my graphics/texts etc. together and then right click on the group and save it as a picture. Then I insert the picture into my blog and link the picture to the document. Clear as mud???

  3. Michelle, that seems a whole lot easier that what I was doing. I was first making a pdf, then taking a snapshot of it and putting it into Adobe Photoshop and making a jpeg. This worked, but was time consuming. I'm going to try your way later today!

  4. Welcome to blogging - I started in October and am completely addicted. I'm always trying to make what I do a little cuter for all of my blogging friends {which makes it a lot nicer for me too}.

Email me if you ever have any questions. I'm no "unit" maker...I'm just a "one worksheet at a time" kinda girl. Maybe this summer I'll delve deeper.

Here's my email addy just in case:
